Report a security problem. Email contact@jigitup.com with what you found, how to reproduce it, and how to reach you. We'll confirm we got it within 3 business days and keep you updated until it's fixed.

In scope: app.jigitup.com, jigitup.com, help.jigitup.com and the Jig API. Out of scope: social engineering, denial of service, physical attacks, other companies' services we use, and on-site hardware.

Safe harbor. If you act in good faith, follow this policy, avoid harming people, data or service, don't access or change other customers' data beyond what you need to show the problem, and give us a reasonable time to fix it before you tell anyone else, we won't take legal action against you for your research. Test only against accounts you own; ask us and we'll give you a test account.
