Can another contractor see my job?
No. Your jobs belong to your company and nobody else's login can reach them. That rule lives where the data is stored, not in the web page — so even a broken page or a stolen link gets the same answer.
Can someone give themselves more licenses?
No. Your plan, your license count and your renewal date are ours to set and nobody else's to edit — not a clever user, not a script. The account can change its own name and its own work. That is all.
Can a document be deleted by mistake?
It can be taken off a screen. It cannot be destroyed. There is no route from the browser to the stored file at all, so a wrong click, a bug or a bad actor cannot lose somebody's signed contract.
Can I get my data back out?
Any time, yourself, without asking. Every register, every report and the whole portfolio download in formats other software reads. If you leave, that stays open to you for twelve months.
How do people sign in?
With their work email and a password. We never see or store the password — it is held by the authentication service, hashed, and Jig is handed a session rather than a credential. This website never handles one either; the sign-in is not even switched on here.
Single sign-on is not built yet. If your company runs Microsoft or Google identity and needs it, say so when you request access — it moves up the list, and we would rather tell you now than let you find out at rollout.
What if a job goes to a dispute?
You can freeze it. A job on legal hold cannot be removed by anyone — including us — until the hold comes off. If a lawyer tells you to preserve the record, the record is preserved.
What we are not claiming
No audit report, no compliance certificate, no uptime guarantee and no penetration test yet. They cost real money and take real time, and they are on the list. Until they exist we are not printing the badges — hold us to that, and to the six answers above, which are true today and which we will walk through with you line by line.
